Are your cables made to order?
Yes. Every Prosper Cables product is built to order by hand. This allows me to offer custom lengths, terminations, and sleeving options while maintaining consistent build quality and attention to detail.
Do you offer custom cables that aren’t listed on your website?
Yes. If you don’t see exactly what you’re looking for, feel free to reach out. I’m happy to discuss custom builds, special terminations, or non-standard configurations.
Custom orders are typically invoiced via PayPal.
Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
Because each cable is built to order, changes or cancellations may not be possible once work has begun. If you need to make a change, please contact me as soon as possible and I’ll do my best to accommodate your request.
Shipping & Delivery
When do you ship orders?
Orders typically ship on Wednesdays and Fridays. Because every cable is built to order, lead times may vary depending on workload and build complexity.
How will I know when my order ships?
For website orders, you will usually receive an automatic email with tracking information when your order ships.
For custom orders invoiced via PayPal, tracking details will be sent manually by email once your order ships.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. International shipping is available and can be selected at checkout. Buyers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees required by their country.
